Quality Assurance Nurse (virtual) with Liberty Healthcare Corporation
Due to continued organizational growth, Liberty Healthcare Corporation seeks RNs for multiple new ‘Quality Assurance Nurse’ positions.
These are consultant-like roles, in which you will share your developmental disabilities nursing expertise with stakeholders within a large public health agency.
You will assist in the preparation of reviews and audits, implement corrective action plans, help to ensure compliance with Medical Assistance requirements, attend stakeholder meetings virtually, analyze data, create dashboards, and educate staff.
The result of your work should directly translate into improved quality of life and health outcomes for a significant number of people who have developmental disabilities.
These are non-direct nursing positions which will allow you to work from home virtually. Full-time and part-time schedules are available.
You’re a good fit if you are licensed as a RN in Arizona or willing to become licensed in Arizona within 60 days (Arizona is a compact state). Knowledge of best practices in nursing care for people who have developmental disabilities is required.
Experience in healthcare quality assurance (e.g. conducting utilization reviews, patient surveys, provider audits, sentinel event investigations, analyses, etc.) is preferred.
