If you are not a member of DDNA, you must call DDNA at 800-888-6733 M-F ET to get your CE.

DDNA is glad to help publicize free I/DD-specific education programs that would be of direct interest and benefit to its members. Please send us information about the education program via the email feature on the Contact Us page of this website.

One membership entitles one person to the free CE courses. If your facility/agency would like to receive access to these courses for a group of nurses, please contact HealthSoft at 800-235-0882 M-F 9-5 ET.

If you are unable to see your CE certificate, be sure that you have Adobe Reader installed on your computer. You can download it free from www.adobe.com/products/reader. If you can see your certificate, but not print it: click "File" at the top left-hand side of your screen, then click "Print." If it still does not print, and your printer is plugged in and operational, call DDNA M-F 9-5 ET at 800-888-6733.

The descriptions of the free course offerings are listed here. You will not be able to take a course until after you become a DDNA member.

The courses on the HealthSoft site are set to remain open for one year and then close. If it has been more than a year since you first registered, your courses will be listed as closed. You will still be able to print out your CE certificates, but you will not be able to take new courses. If you wish to continue to take the free courses, you must re-register for another year. Follow the directions above and re-register on the HealthSoft site with a new username and password.
